Here's the parts that I'd like to have:■CPUMotherboardRamPSUI don't think music production would require a gfx card, I'd love to have more info regarding this.Go aaaaas cheap as you can. I'd be using Fl studio, if that helps you by any chance.Budget is around 250$ or 15000 rupees. The parts you provide must be available in India. Also, I've heard music production needs at least 8gb of ram, and 4 cores. I was thinking of this build:The cpu here is fx 6300.Suggest me if you got something better! Will you be using lots of VST's?
Will you be using an audio interface?A good place to start would be FL Studio 12 minimum requirements:Well, thank you for the input. I won't be using an audio interface. Kind of a lot, yes.well, I have a much better pc right now, but certain things lag out, and lots of crackle is heard, so im planning to upgrade from this shit. So suggest me with something much better. To get things more clear, i'm putting up a budget of 250$ or around 15,000 rupees.Right now, I have e7200, with 4gb ram, BUT 833MHZ. Here is a build I would recommend. Minimum requirements are pointless, you could go much cheaper and still be faster than minimum./CPU: ($112.99 @ SuperBiiz)Motherboard: ($41.38 @ Newegg)Memory: ($29.99 @ Newegg)Storage: ($35.91 @ NCIX US)Storage: ($48.73 @ OutletPC)Case: ($29.99 @ Newegg)Power Supply: ($32.99 @ SuperBiiz)Total: $331.98Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when availableGenerated by PCPartPicker 2016-04-04 11:18 EDT-0400you should've at least bothered reading what I asked, refer to my main question again, and revise stuff.
64 bit lets you use more than 4 gb of ram which you will need with lots of VST's.I have 2x 2gb of ram, dd2 833mhz.According to the build that I'm going with for now, I get 4gb in one piece, with 1833 mhz. The motherboard I go with has 4 slots, so I can keep 8gb for now, (4gb of it sucks since they're slow pieces of shit but ok, and I can upgrade later.)So temporarily, I'll have 8gb anyhow.
This gives me a chance to add new things in the future, and deals with my current purpose too. What do you think? And about. You cannot use the DDR2 ram you already have in a new build, you will need DDR3 if using an FX CPU, or DDR4 if going with Skylake. Your old processor, has a built in GPU, which is why you can use it without a dedicated GPU.
If you go with a Skylake build, the GPU is built in. If you go with an FX processor, you will need a separate GPU as you will not have a way to get video to your monitor without it.RAM is cheap, I'd recommend you just get 8GB of new Ram from the start.well fak.
